What people are saying

Built with retail traders, for retail traders.

"The morning email is the first thing I open. Saves me an hour of scanning news every day, and I've caught earnings dates I would've missed otherwise."

"Every other catalyst site is a spreadsheet from 2015. This one actually looks good AND has the data. Best $11 I spend all month."

Important disclosure

Stock Catalysts is a market-information and event-calendar software service. We do not provide personalized investment advice, securities recommendations, brokerage services, trade execution, managed investments or guaranteed investment outcomes. Dates and other information may change, be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. Users should verify material information through primary sources before making investment decisions. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Frequently asked

Questions? We've got answers.

Where does the catalyst data come from?

Events are gathered from public sources: SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), company IR pages, earnings call transcripts, FDA calendars, court dockets, official press releases, and financial news coverage (Reuters, Bloomberg, WSJ). Every entry has an "importance score" (0-100) that's an organizational tool for prioritizing which events to review — not a prediction or recommendation. Classification is done by AI (GPT-4o); dates and details can change, be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, so always verify material information through the primary source before acting on it. See our Methodology page for more detail.

How often is the data updated?

Continuously. A nightly scan runs across hundreds of tickers around 5:45am PT. An hourly intraday sweep runs every hour during market hours (6:30am-1:00pm PT). Live stock quotes refresh every 30 minutes during market hours. Analyst ratings refresh weekly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings — this stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund previous charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds; if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@stockcatalysts.ai within 7 days of the charge. See our Pricing page for full terms.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Zero feature difference — every plan gets the same 100% of the product. Annual just gives you a 25% discount ($99 vs $132 across the year), billed once per year instead of monthly. As with any subscription, pricing is subject to change with advance notice.

Is this financial advice?

No. Stock Catalysts is an information tool. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Catalysts are events — how you trade around them is your call. Consult a licensed advisor before making investment decisions.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We take your email + payment info (via Stripe) and that's it. No selling, no third-party ads, no data brokers.

Who's building this?

Christian, a solo founder based in San Diego. I built Stock Catalysts because I couldn't find a modern, well-designed version of the event calendars aimed at institutional users. Every feature is built by hand, and every subscriber directly funds the site. See our About page for more.

Never lose track of what's coming next.

Track every earnings date, FDA decision, and product launch — filtered by your watchlist and organized before the open. From $8.25/mo.
