Events are gathered from public sources: SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), company IR pages, earnings call transcripts, FDA calendars, court dockets, official press releases, and financial news coverage (Reuters, Bloomberg, WSJ). Every entry has an "importance score" (0-100) that's an organizational tool for prioritizing which events to review — not a prediction or recommendation. Classification is done by AI (GPT-4o); dates and details can change, be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, so always verify material information through the primary source before acting on it. Continuously. A nightly scan runs across hundreds of tickers around 5:45am PT. An hourly intraday sweep runs every hour during market hours (6:30am-1:00pm PT). Live stock quotes refresh every 30 minutes during market hours. Analyst ratings refresh weekly.
