Stock Market Catalysts aggregates publicly available data on upcoming and past stock catalysts — earnings dates, product launches, FDA events, analyst ratings, and similar market-related events. We deliver this data through our website, morning email digest, and API. Data is sourced from third-party providers including Polygon.io, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, and Alpaca.
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Stock Market Catalysts constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past events do not predict future outcomes. Options-implied expected moves reflect market pricing, not forecasts.
We generally do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@stockcatalysts.ai within 7 days of the charge.
You agree not to: (a) collect, resell, or redistribute Service data in bulk; (b) share your account credentials; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (e) automate account creation.
We work hard to deliver accurate data, but we make no warranty that catalyst dates, headlines, or scores are correct, current, or complete. The Service is provided "as is." We may add, remove, or change features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily interrupt access. See our Methodology page for more on how data is gathered and its limitations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us; we will cancel any active subscription immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Market Catalysts, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses or missed opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.
